🚚 1. Delivery Timing

We work with trusted delivery partners to bring your products to you as quickly as possible.

⛔ Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to public holidays, political unrest, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances.

🔄 2. Return Policy

We accept returns in genuine cases where there is an issue with the product. Please read the valid reasons and conditions below.

✅ Valid Reasons for Return

• Damaged product (e.g., broken or heavily dented item)
• Incomplete product (missing parts, accessories, or attachments)
• Incorrect product (wrong item, color, size, or model)
• Product does not match description or images shown on the website

⚠️ Conditions for Return

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging, tags, invoice and all accessories must be included
• Products with broken seals, visible signs of use, or damaged packaging are not eligible
• Product should be returned in the original NextTrolly box/packaging (do not add extra stickers or tape on the product box itself)

⏳ Return Timeline

⏱️ Returns must be initiated within 10 working days from the date of delivery.

💰 3. Refund Policy

🕒 Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within approximately 7 to 10 working days. In exceptional cases (e.g., banking or system delays), it may take a little longer.

💡 Note: If you received any cashback, bonus or special discount on the order, that amount may be adjusted from the final refund.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind (e.g., you no longer like the design, color, or style)
• Personal preference issues (e.g., smell, texture, or feel of the product)

💳 4. Taxes & Charges

• All applicable taxes are normally included in the product price displayed on our website.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

To help us process your return and refund faster, please:

• Include your Order Number with the return package
• Keep and share your courier Tracking Number when possible
